Avv. Lucrezia Bolla

Lucrezia graduated in Law with honours from the University of Verona in 2022, with a thesis in private international law on international transfers of personal data and has been admitted to the Verona Bar since 2025.

She has been collaborating with the Firm since 2024, advising companies on internationalisation, innovation and commercial contracts.

She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Private Law at the University of Verona, working on a research project co-funded by the Firm under the PNRR – Next Generation EU programme and focused on AI contracting and AI-enabled legal services.

She is also a teaching and research assistant in Private Law for Data Security and Personal Data Protection.

In 2023, she completed the “Coding for Lawyers” specialisation course at the University of Milan.

Previously, she contributed to research projects at the University of Verona and the University of Tartu on legal design, smart contracts, artificial intelligence and quantitative legal prediction.

She regularly speaks at scientific, educational and outreach events on artificial intelligence, data protection, intellectual property and contract law, and is the author of several academic and professional publications.

She is fluent in Italian and English and has an intermediate knowledge of French.
