Giuliano advises Italian and foreign companies, including Italian branches and subsidiaries of multinational groups, on corporate, commercial and cross-border matters, with particular experience in civil and commercial litigation, contracts and private international law and procedure.
He represents clients in disputes before the Italian courts and in arbitration proceedings, and assists with the drafting and negotiation of contracts and the management of domestic and international commercial relationships. In matters involving more than one jurisdiction, he regularly deals with issues of jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards, coordinating with foreign counsel where necessary and focusing on the practical and commercial implications of the available options.
He acts both as counsel and as arbitrator and has been appointed in administered and ad hoc proceedings, both as sole arbitrator and as a member of arbitral tribunals.
Giuliano is an Adjunct Professor of Private International Law and Procedure at the University of Verona. Within AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers - he has served as Co-Chair of the Academic Programme Committee and a member of the Extended Bureau since August 2026, following previous terms as President and Vice-President of the T.R.A.D.E. Commission.
He is an Adjunct Professor of Private International Law and Procedure at the University of Verona.
He is also an active member of Legalmondo and AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers, where he serves as Co-Chair of the Academic Programme Committee and a member of the Extended Bureau, having previously served as President and Vice-President of the T.R.A.D.E. Commission.
He is the author of academic publications on civil procedure and the cross-border recognition and enforcement of judgments and was a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg.
He is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish and has a basic working knowledge of Portuguese.
