Having graduated in law at the University of Bologna in 1996, he worked with the firm until the 2009 and rejoined as a partner in 2024.
He mainly deals with international business, having gained, in particular, extensive experience in assisting companies in the Chinese market.
Roberto provides legal assistance on trade, distribution, and investment agreements and generally deals with all necessary activities for Italian companies operating abroad and foreign companies operating or established in Italy.
He frequently assists clients in litigation and arbitration matters, including international matters.
In 2015 he founded Legalmondo, a network of independent lawyers that is now present in 60 countries.
He speaks Italian, English and Spanish and is a persistent student of Chinese.
