Avv. Giuliano Stasio
Giuliano is a lawyer and arbitrator specializing in international trade law and litigation management.
He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Verona, where he teaches the course “International Private and Procedural Law” and is a Teaching Assistant in “Civil Procedure Law”.
He regularly assists his clients in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and represents them in litigation before ordinary courts and in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
He also routinely acts as an arbitrator in ad hoc and administered proceedings.
Since 2017, Giuliano has been an active member of Legalmondo and AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers), where he has served as Vice Chair of the T.R.A.D.E. (Trade, Retail, Agency, Distribution, E-commerce) Committee since 2021, and was previously elected as a member of the Executive Committee for the three-year period 2020 - 2023.
He is a frequent speaker on distribution law, antitrust, civil procedural law and arbitration, and has authored publications on international procedural law and enforcement. He has been a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, Germany.
He speaks Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
