Paolo graduated in Law with distinction at the University of Trento and, after a period of professional traineeship in Germany, he began his collaboration with the Firm in 1998, becoming a partner in 2009.

He has gained considerable experience in contract law, bankruptcy and insurance law and in particular in the area of law relating to transport and logistics. In this latter field, he has authored numerous papers and held specialist courses, seminars, and conferences for legal professionals, both nationally and internationally. He is also a trainer to companies’ employees in this sector.

Aside, he deals with international business law, and has gained experience in advising and assisting on cross-border matters both companies and individuals.
He is chair of the German Desk, through which he assists Italian companies operating in the German-speaking geographical area and foreign companies on the Italian territory.

He is a member of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Transportrecht (German Association of Transport Law Jurists).

He speaks Italian, English and German.
