Luca Andretto graduated in law cum laude at the University of Verona. He further obtained a PhD in Italian and European constitutional law, with a Doctor Europaeus diploma, at the same University.

He has gained considerable experience in the field of insolvency law, in banking and in civil law in general, as well as in wine law.

Luca Andretto has been working with the firm since 2010 and became a partner of the firm in 2020.
He is a member of the Association of Insolvency Procedure Lawyers (“Associazione Concorsualisti,” AC) and acts as a conservator in bankruptcy proceedures, as well as a judicial commissioner in several insolvency proceedings.

He is the author of numerous publications and speaker in conferences and seminars on insolvency law, banking law, as well as Italian and comparative constitutional law and general law theory.

Luca speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
