Daniela graduated cum laude in Law at the University of Bologna and has been a partner in the firm since 2001.

She currently deals with family law, including minor's law and all issues related to family conflict, under both national and international law regimes.
In 2003, she qualified as a family mediator and is a legal consultant for the anti-violence center Telefono Rosa.

Since 1996, she has been a member of the National Association of Family and Youth Lawyers (AIAF), of which she is also a member of the board of arbitrators, and of the Union International des Avvocats (UIA), in which she is involved in the family commission.

Daniela speaks Italian and French.
