Avv. Stefano Dindo
Stefano graduated in law cum laude at the University of Bologna, was a Fullbright student at the University of Washington (Seattle) and a lecturer in commercial law at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Verona from 1980 to 2001. He has been a member of the Verona Bar since 1977 and a partner of the firm since 1981.
Throughout his long career, he gained a remarkable experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law, insolvency law, inheritance and wine law, as well as international business law and arbitration practice.
He has been president of the Unione Giuristi della Vite e del Vino (UGIVI) and of the Italian committee of the lnternational Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) from 1995 to 1997, as well as president of the Union lnternationale des Avocats (UIA), of which he was also a member of the presidency council (2008-2020) and president of the agri-food commission (2015-2020); he has also been an honorary representative for the Veneto region of the American Chamber of Commerce in ltaly.
Stefano is currently a board member of the Association Internationale des Juristes du Droit de la Vigne et du Vin (AIDV), as well as member of the Union International des Avocats (UIA) and of the Legalmondo network, and is the honorary vice-consul of the Kingdom of Spain for the cities of Verona, Vicenza, Mantova and Brescia.
He is a regular speaker, both in Italy and abroad, about international contracts and wine law.
