Giuliano graduated from the University of Verona, where he has been an expert in civil procedural law since 2019. He joined the Bar in 2017.

He has gained considerable experience in international business law and litigation management, assisting clients in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and representing them both before ordinary courts and in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.

He often acts as an arbitrator in ad hoc and administered proceedings.

Since 2017, he has been an active member of Legalmondo and AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers), where he has held the position of Vice-Chair of the T.R.A.D.E. (Trade, Retail, Agency, Distribution, E-commerce) Committee since 2021, and was previously elected as a member of the Executive Committee for a three-year period from 2020 to 2023.

He is a regular speaker on international distribution law, antitrust, civil procedural law, and arbitration and has authored publications on international procedural law and enforcement. He has been a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, Germany.

He speaks Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
