We regularly provide legal advice in the internationalization process of Italian companies, beside assisting foreign companies operating in Italy.

Our range of services includes assistance in the incorporation of companies abroad, advising entrepreneurs in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, establishment and management of commercial networks, international litigation, and, in general, all legal aspects related to operating in international markets.

We have established working groups focused on German-speaking countries (the “German Desk”, coordinated by Paolo Zucconelli), on the People's Republic of China (the “China Desk”, coordinated by Roberto Luzi Crivellini) and on American countries (“America Desk”, coordinated by Roberto Luzi Crivellini and Giuliano Stasio).
